Value : or tone is the reflective lightness and darkness of an object
Color wheel : a circle with different colored sectors used to show relationship of color
Primary : primary colors are the root of every other hue. The primary colors consist of yellow red and blue
Secondary : when combining any two of the two pure prinary hues, you get three new mixtures called secondary colors. The secondary colors are green, orange, and purple.
Complementary: pairs of colors, when combined, cancer each other out. Meaning that when combined they create a grey-scale color like black or white.
Warm : the yellows and reds of the color spectrum, associated with fire, heat, sun, and warmer temperatures. Red, orange,and yellow.
Color : the quality of an object or substance with respect to light reflected by the object, usually determined visually by measurement of hue, saturation, and brightness of the reflected light.
